Brooke Bond Travel Scholarships and Educational Awards 1966
Awarded 2nd prize in this National Competition in 1966 when I was just 6 years old. I can still remember the painting that I did – children playing in the park with their arms up in the air. I was so pleased with that painting, and so proud when I was awarded second prize. I was asked to choose a book as a prize and the book above with its certificate inside is one of my prized possessions.
